Hampshire Genealogical Society covers all the parishes within Hampshire.
We publish a series of Village Booklets which are a one stop guide
to many Hampshire parishes and their associated records. Thanks to over
45 years of research, we have transcribed nearly 500 years of parish records, together with Monumental Inscriptions from throughout Hampshire which are available on CDs or as pdfs . These and other publications relating to Hampshire are sold from our online shop.
We work in partnership with Hampshire Archives and Local Studies in Winchester. Our research centre has been based at Hampshire Archives since August 2021, where we run a help desk in the search room each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 10am-4pm.

Our membership is worldwide, and in addition to our 9 local groups within
Hampshire we have both an international group and a national group
which meet via zoom on alternate months.
We also run Family History support groups in libraries around Hampshire.
