After that we will attempt to play 'Just a Family History Minute'. For non Radio 4 listeners 'Just a Minute' is a panel game played by about 4 contestants who each take it in turn to speak about a subject selected by the chairman/producer for 1 minute 'without hesitation, deviation or repetition'.

In our version you will have to talk about your family for 1 minute (no pressure!), without hesitation or deviation. Challenges may be made using the raise hand button. What counts as deviation? Mmmm, we'll have to see! And the repetition bit - well, in our version you have to repeat a word between 4 and 6 times, or more, and the audience has to guess the word. Words such as 'and, but, because' etc don't count. Some examples might be eccentric, scientific or unfailingly but you can choose your own word. You're a winner if you get to the end of a minute and nobody guessed your word within the time.

Bring your own nibbles, mulled wine, mince pies and silly hats.
