The usual meeting will be replaced by a visit to Lambeth Palace Archives.  All places for this visit are full.

Film show on Kentish Hopping, as experienced by residents of Southwark.

Burial Clubs – the Unfriendly Societies  
Audrey is the Records Specialist for Family History at the National Archives and will tell us about the Victorians’ emphasis on death, and more.

Additionally the group is organising some informal meetings and visits on alternate Mondays between the formal meetings.

These may include visits to the London Fire Brigade Museum, Southwark Cathedral, Nunhead Cemetery and the Golden Hinde.
